Replacing the Total Expert Form with the HubSpot Form:

Custom API Integration:

 

To bridge the gap between HubSpot and Total Expert, we developed a custom integration using APIs. This integration was designed to create a new contact in HubSpot upon form submission and then create a corresponding lead in Total Expert, including the source information.

 

Implementation Process

Step 4: Utilize the custom API to create leads in Total Expert. The API captured new contact details from HubSpot and used this information to create corresponding leads in Total Expert, including the source information.
